Judy Feltman

Judy graduated from University of Arizona Bachelor of Fine Arts and spent years honing her talent as a graphic designer in the building industry in Southern California. During that building boom period she also took care of several fabulous second homes for friends and decided to make it a full time business when she moved to Park City.

She started Premier Property Services in 1995 specializing in caring for second homes and rental properties doing everything from re-modeling and furnishing to general care and concierge services. She feels fortunate to have found so many wonderful clients who are still her clients and friends today.

Judy is a licensed Utah Realtor and has many experiences with all areas in Park City and Deer Valley and is always available to share this knowledge.

In her free “moments” you can find her with her horses she cares for and loves as well as a fun, loving dog, and grateful rescue kitty.

Dave Stoddard

Having a strong background in hard work and integrity Dave brings wonderful experience to the Premier Property Services family. Growing up on a farm and being taught to work hard at a young age Dave brings that same work ethic in taking care of each client he deals with.

His business career as been in the field of customer service and sales and he brings close to 50 years of expertise to the company.

Dave managed a sales and customer service company of 60 employees for nearly twenty years and saw that company triple in size over that period of time.

Any client having the opportunity to work with Dave will find that he is thorough and attentive.

Joe Cauceglia

Joe has lived in Park City for the last 20 years with his family.  Originally from back East, like many others he came out to ski and was hooked by the beauty and the mountain lifestyle and has never looked back.  With a background in Hotel Management and Foodservice Distribution, Joe has been a great addition to the Premier Property Services Team.  He is very customer oriented, friendly, and has a down to earth personality with a great sense of humor.  Property Management is a natural fit for him and he takes care of his properties as if they were his own.  He looks forward to meeting with you and taking care of your property.

Michael Glenn

Premier Property Services is very fortunate to have Michael as our operations manager and director of client services starting in June of 2025.

Michael Glenn grew up in Park City, on the slopes of Park City Mountain Resort and exploring the surrounding area.  He attended the University of Utah and, upon graduating, he went into the Marine Corps, where he gained valuable operations experience.  Michael missed being in the mountains and the community of Park City, so he moved back as soon as he got out of the Marines.  He previously worked for the State of Utah, where he was able to work on numerous projects that had a direct impact on the communities of Summit and Wasatch counties. Growing up in Park City, he became intimately familiar with the community, resorts, and activities and his passion for the area continues today.  When he’s not working, he can be found outside mountain biking, snowboarding, golfing, or other activities with his family.

Michael has significant leadership and customer experience service that he brings to our team. He has a strong passion for serving others and making the community a better place.

Nick Strautins

Nick grew up in Alaska, where the wilderness shapes you whether you ask it to or not. He came to Utah to attend the University of Utah and found the mountains familiar enough to stay for good. He has called Utah home ever since, and the Wasatch Range remains a constant backdrop to everything he does. When he’s not working, you’ll find him out on the trails or slopes with his wife and their two border collies.

Before joining the Premier Property Services team, Nick built a career defined by high-stakes responsibility and service to others. He spent over a decade in the Marine Corps, leading people and managing complex operations around the world. That foundation carried into an equally varied civilian career spanning financial operations at Goldman Sachs, state procurement management for the State of Utah, general management at Contender Bicycles, and work within the federal Veterans Affairs system. Across every role, the common thread has been attention to detail, accountability, and taking care of people.

Nick brings that same mindset to property management. He knows this area, loves this community, and understands what it means to treat someone’s property with the same care he would give his own. Clients working with Nick will find someone who is thorough, responsive, and genuinely invested in getting it right.
