Judy Feltman

Judy graduated from University of Arizona Bachelor of Fine Arts and spent years honing her talent as a graphic designer in the building industry in Southern California. During that building boom period she also took care of several fabulous second homes for friends and decided to make it a full time business when she moved to Park City.

She started Premier Property Services in 1995 specializing in caring for second homes and rental properties doing everything from re-modeling and furnishing to general care and concierge services. She feels fortunate to have found so many wonderful clients who are still her clients and friends today.

Judy is a licensed Utah Realtor and has many experiences with all areas in Park City and Deer Valley and is always available to share this knowledge.

In her free “moments” you can find her with her horses she cares for and loves as well as a fun, loving dog, and grateful rescue kitty.

Miley Lynn

Miley is a lifelong Rocky Mountain resident. Originally from Sun Valley, Idaho, she was on skis shortly after learning how to walk. She relocated to Park City at a young age, and grew up on the slopes of Deer Valley and Park City. Miley was fortunate enough to grow up in Park City during the exciting time of the 2002 Winter Olympics. Going through the Park City school system, she became very familiar with the community, ski resorts, and the Sundance Film Festival. Miley is a Park City High graduate, and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah in political science and mathematics. She has also studied in Athens, Greece. Currently she is enrolled in a graduate nursing program and is a part time employee of Premier Property Servies.

Dave Stoddard

Having a strong background in hard work and integrity Dave brings wonderful experience to the Premier Property Services family. Growing up on a farm and being taught to work hard at a young age Dave brings that same work ethic in taking care of each client he deals with.

His business career as been in the field of customer service and sales and he brings close to 50 years of expertise to the company.

Dave managed a sales and customer service company of 60 employees for nearly twenty years and saw that company triple in size over that period of time.

Any client having the opportunity to work with Dave will find that he is thorough and attentive.

Joe Cauceglia

Joe has lived in Park City for the last 20 years with his family.  Originally from back East, like many others he came out to ski and was hooked by the beauty and the mountain lifestyle and has never looked back.  With a background in Hotel Management and Foodservice Distribution, Joe has been a great addition to the Premier Property Services Team.  He is very customer oriented, friendly, and has a down to earth personality with a great sense of humor.  Property Management is a natural fit for him and he takes care of his properties as if they were his own.  He looks forward to meeting with you and taking care of your property.

Phil Barton

After enjoying my youth on the beaches of sunny Southern California and Santa Barbara, I was fortunate to land in the great city of San Francisco. It is there that I feel I learned so much about people; their dreams, passions and the ways they communicated and lived in close proximity to one another on many levels. Community I call it. It is this community feel that led me to Park City after 25 fantastic years in SF. 

It was an easy transition as the convivial, community oriented and fantastic live music scene sold me on the Park City life, not to mention the stunning physical beauty. It suites me perfectly. I first landed in the world of Breweries and Distilleries here in PC as I was manager to many fantastic folks who are still in my life. My work for the better part of 7 years with High West has further moved my efforts of bettering my skills in communication, negotiation and most importantly, customer service. 

I made the move to Real Estate and Property Management because I’ve always had a passion for building and architecture. Together with wanting to help people with the choice to love where they live and feel connected to this place we call home. I feel strongly about helping our clients get the best out of their decision to make Park City their home, while making sure they can rest assured we will do anything and everything to take care of their property and their needs while in our care.
