It is with great pleasure that I recommend Premier Property Services for property management.  Judy and her crew have taken care of our condo for 22 years, and we have never had any reason to doubt or worry about her services.  This was especially important to us during our times out of Park City.  We felt completely comfortable leaving our condo in Judy’s hands.  And as we aged, and then when I had to take over from my husband, having Premier Property Management at the helm was a tremendous help to me.

In addition to offering every service you could ever need, Judy would alert us to any issue that needed addressing and, with our approval, see it completed to satisfaction.  All services and work was always completed in a timely manner.

We have known Judy Feltman for over 16 years. Originally, her company,
 Premier Property Services, was hired to manage our vacation home in the
Park Meadows area of Park City. She and her staff have been just terrific
- responsible, responsive, and always helpful to us in a multitude of 
ways. 
It’s been an excellent partnership.

 More recently, we just purchased a new home in Park Meadows and Judy took
 on the additional role of helping us furnish our new home as well as 
helping us put in all the systems a new home needs– sound , alarm, water,
etc. She has a terrific network of people she deals with and we have been
 very pleased as we put our new home together. Given that our primary
 home is back East, she has been instrumental in coordinating everything
for us — and she has excellent taste as well in helping us with 
furnishings, lighting, bedding, etc.

 I think that Judy’s attitude and her service ethic has always been
 outstanding. We feel enormously fortunate that we connected in 1999.

We want to thank you so much for your dedication to making our stay at Shooting Star just perfect. Your cheerful disposition upon greeting us (July 6) and the helpful way you made us feel welcome will be how we remember you. Felipe and his cleaning crew ALWAYS did an excellent job and once again, the fact that you were pro-active in reminding us that a cleaning was due and making the arrangements to suit our schedule.

The Shooting Star condo is wonderful. The master bed is very comfortable and the Frette sheets and comforters are a very nice touch. We appreciate the owners desire to provide quality products that represent his high end rental. In fact, speaking of rental, I feel as if we were able to make this place – our own. The views off of the beautiful deck are outstanding and on more than one morning, the hot air balloons drifted nearby.

Miley, We wish you all the best – Premier Properties is a “class” operation as is made clear by your professional practices. We will continue to refer my friends to you – as I know that they find you as wonderful as we have. See you next June!

From the very beginning, Judy was able to understand my taste for home decor. She gave me lots of great recommendations that fit my criteria in terms of budget and my style. Gave me very valuable feedback regarding my choices and yet let me be the one making the final decisions.

The condo is absolutely beautiful. You couldn’t ask for a better and easier location to the slopes. It is literally ski in and out. The customer service for the property is also wonderful. I understand that many of you are in a position similar to ours; renting your condo. Personally, I have always found it helpful to have a referral for any service provider. It is with this thought in mind, that I am writing this email.

We rent our Silver Strike condo and we had rented out our condo that we owned at Shooting Star. Both properties were managed by Premier Property Services.

We are very pleased with Premier Property’s performance. They oversee the entire management of VRBO, from creating/updating the site, creating marketing opportunities and incentives, negotiating with prospective renters, handling the financial transaction, cleaning and maintaining the property. We prefer to be very hands-off so his attention to detail is crucial to us. Premier knows that we are not in the market to ‘rent at any cost’ – thus they are very protective about making sure we get the best rental in all ways possible – reliable/responsible people, fair price, etc. They take care of the problems without hassling me with the ‘small stuff.’

Prior to Premier’s involvement, we used another company – they performed poorly and couldn’t care less about our priorities and interests.

Everything is great!! #205B is perfect for the three of us. Having the bus stop at the property has been ideal too as we have gone into Park City twice. We were also very pleased having various kitchen items already here. The unit is very well equipped. Ski Butlers have been awesome to work with also. They were on time for the appointment and very helpful with suggestions. I know from my searches that this unit is the best value at Deer Valley! We’ll definitely consider coming back.Thanks so much for all your help… And weren’t we lucky with the weather and all the fresh powder!!
