Rental Agreement Terms
Premier Property Services, herein referred to as Rental Agent, acting as agent for the property owner, agrees to rent the property in the requested booking. Rental Agent agrees to deliver the property in a clean and totally functioning manner and asks Renter to call the Rental Agent directly and in a timely manner if something is not found to meet their expectations. Arrival: Check-in time on date of arrival is 4:00 pm; check-out time on date of departure is 10:00am.
Rental cost determined by booking chosen.
15.95% Tax and Surcharge

This rate does not include daily housekeeping services (dates and times determined prior to arrival). The 50% payment of $ is due today, to secure this reservation. This reservation is cancellable up to 30 days prior to arrival date with a 3 % processing fee. Less than 60 days to arrival the reservation becomes non-refundable, however, the time can be rebooked for different “like” dates up to one calendar year from the original arrival date. Rental agent reserves the right to cancel this Rental Agreement at any time upon written notice to the Guest until the full amount of the rental has been received by the Rental Agent or unless total rent has not been received by the required due date notated above. In the event the Property is not available for use during the Rental Term due to reasons, events or circumstances beyond the control of Rental Agent, Rental Agent will apply due diligence and good faith efforts to locate a replacement property that equals or exceeds the Property with respect to occupancy capacity, location and value that meets the reasonable satisfaction of the Guest. If such replacement property cannot be found and made available, Rental Agent shall immediately return all payments made by the Guest, whereupon this Agreement shall be terminated and Guest and Rental Agent shall have no further obligations or liabilities in any manner pertaining to this Agreement. Rental Agent reserves the right to enter the Property at reasonable times and with reasonable advance notice for the purposes of inspecting the Property or showing the Property to prospective purchasers, renters or other authorized persons. If Rental Agent has a reasonable belief that there is imminent danger to any person or property, Rental Agent may enter the Property without advance notice.
