I understand that many of you are in a position similar to ours; renting your condo. Personally, I have always found it helpful to have a referral for any service provider. It is with this thought in mind, that I am writing this email.

We rent our Silver Strike condo and we had rented out our condo that we owned at Shooting Star. Both properties were managed by Premier Property Services.

We are very pleased with Premier Property’s performance. They oversee the entire management of VRBO, from creating/updating the site, creating marketing opportunities and incentives, negotiating with prospective renters, handling the financial transaction, cleaning and maintaining the property. We prefer to be very hands-off so his attention to detail is crucial to us. Premier knows that we are not in the market to ‘rent at any cost’ – thus they are very protective about making sure we get the best rental in all ways possible – reliable/responsible people, fair price, etc. They take care of the problems without hassling me with the ‘small stuff.’

Prior to Premier’s involvement, we used another company – they performed poorly and couldn’t care less about our priorities and interests.
