Judy graduated from University of Arizona Bachelor of Fine Arts and spent years honing her talent as a graphic designer in the building industry in Southern California. During that building boom period she also took care of several fabulous second homes for friends and decided to make it a full time business when she moved to Park City.
She started Premier Property Services in 1995 specializing in caring for second homes and rental properties doing everything from re-modeling to general care and concierge services. She feels fortunate to have found many wonderful clients who are still her clients today.
In her free “moments” you can find her with her 3 horses she shows, cares for and loves as well as two dogs, a cat and a turtle. She has a daughter at the University of Utah who was so fortunate to grow up in Park City and we both enjoy all aspects and seasons of Park City life.

John, a local Park City resident, brings more than 25 years of hospitality management to Premier Property Services. He posesses a vast array of experience in the administration and operations fields. John not only handles the day-to-day organization of schedules and arrivals for our clients, he personally inspects and maintains the integrity of each and every home. In his spare time, John shows Arabian horses.

Heather is a seasoned sales and marketing guru. Although new to the property management business, she has been a Realtor in both California and Utah since 1998. When not updating our website or our social marketing sites, you can find her gardening, skiing or spending time with her husband and son enoying wonderful Park City. Heather is also busy selling real estate in the Park City market.

Billie Jean Larsen

We are adding a new member to our team. Billie Jean comes to us with years of experience in mountain travel, hotel and property management in the Park City area. She has been handling ski area travel since moving to the Park City area in the ’80s.
Billie spent the last nine years working for a large wholesaler of mountain properties as the market manager for Park City. She handled over 50 accounts and was instrumental in setting up the new call center for Park City Mountain Resort. Prior to the market manager position, Billie Jean worked for several property managers as well as several hotels providing top notch service in all instances.
She lives with her husband in Heber Valley and spends her off time with her five children and six grandchildren. Multiple horses, dogs and other assorted animals adorn the “Larsen Homestead”.
She has said, like many other people who live in mountain towns, “I moved here for the winters but stay for the summers”. Happy Skiing!
